SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

This is a large-scale project that involves many people. That’s why we’ve provided a one-time overview of how big this project is and how many people are involved in the repairs.

Thank you for visiting the Vivante Restoration website. We are committed to keeping you informed.

The scope of the Vivante Restoration project is extensive, as it involves repairing and restoring a 342-unit condominium association spread across 14 buildings. The project aims to address a range of issues, such as water intrusion and other damage caused by Hurricane Ian. Hurricane Ian did a lot of damage, and repairing it involves significant work. It includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Inspection and assessment of each building and unit to identify damage.
  • Removal and replacement of damaged building components such as roofs, windows, patio
doors, sliding glass doors, exterior stucco and exterior finishes, interior insulation, and drywall.
  • Repair and replacement of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as necessary.
  • Restoration of common areas such as pools, landscaping, and outdoor recreational areas,
    including the Clubhouse.
  • This project’s scope is significant, and it will require the collaboration and dedication of various
stakeholders, including owners, renters, contractors, and management, to ensure its success. However, with everyone’s commitment and cooperation, we are confident that the Vivante Restoration project will be completed successfully, and the community will be better than ever throughout the restoration.
  • As the restoration project progresses, the value of the property is expected to increase significantly. By addressing existing issues and improving the overall condition of the buildings
and units, the project will increase the desirability of the community among potential buyers
    and renters.
  • The restoration work will also improve the functionality and aesthetics of the buildings, creating
a more pleasant and enjoyable living experience for residents. This improved living experience will attract new tenants, increase rental rates, and potentially lead to higher resale values for owners.

Additionally, the use of new construction materials and techniques, as well as updated building codes and standards, will enhance the durability and longevity of the buildings. This will not only reduce maintenance costs over time but will also make the buildings more resilient to future storms and natural disasters, further increasing the value of the property.
Overall, the restoration project will be a wise investment for the community and its residents, as it will not only improve the current condition of the property but also enhance its long-term value.
