When will the roofing work start and finish?

The roofing work is scheduled to start by June 1, 2023, and the current schedule has the roofing and other related scopes finishing by November 2023.

What hours will work be done, and will the work be all 7 days of the week?

Expect 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, however, most cases it will be 7:30 am to 5 pm. No work will happen on Sunday and work on Saturday is reserved for make up days due to weather or some other unforeseen issue.

Do expect any vibration to impact units?

Minimal vibration if any but we always causation residents against potential vibrations.

Where will dumpsters be placed?

Right in front of the buildings for the roofing portion of the loss.
