• Meet with bldg. 95 residents May 24, to announce procedures to inspect the interiors of the 4th Floor units prior to beginning the roofing work of the project. There will be subsequent Meetings with the other building’s residents as their building’s roof work is set to begin.
• Set up protection at entrances to building 95 the week of May 29.
• Mobilization of roofing crews the week of June 1
• Begin tear-off of the damaged roof and get the building dried in daily. We will not tear off more Of the roof than we can get dried in daily. This happens the week of June 1.
